The six stages
A meeting to listen to your needs and take measurements on site.
Everything begins in your home. We take the time to understand how you live, what you wish for, your constraints and the budget you would like to set aside for the project. A survey of the property, photographs, initial planning checks: we leave with a precise picture of what is possible.

Mood boards and a first budget estimate.
Within three days, we present a first sketch: layout plans, mood boards and suggested materials. A first estimate lets you check that the project matches your expectations, and adjust it before going any further.

Technical details and an itemised cost breakdown.
The project takes shape: dimensioned plans, sections, choice of materials and fittings. Where needed, we prepare the planning application (déclaration préalable or permis de construire) on your behalf. The itemised costing gives you a clear view before you commit to anything.

Selecting the craftsmen and approving the quotes with you.
We consult qualified, insured craftsmen, chosen for their reliability and the quality of their work. Their quotes are compared line by line, then reviewed together. You decide with full knowledge of the facts, and the works schedule is agreed.

Coordination and supervision of the works through to completion.
We orchestrate every trade on site and keep a close eye on workmanship and deadlines. Regular visits and a written report after every site meeting: you follow the progress of your project without having to carry it alone.

Delivery of your project and resolution of any final snags.
We walk through the finished works together. Every detail is checked; any snags are recorded and then put right by the firms concerned. You get back a home that reflects who you are, with all the documents you need to look after it.
